At LumosEira, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our Tops, Shorts, and Matching Sets.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken), or any item that has been visibly worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Please include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund all associated charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
- Items not in their original condition (worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags).
